Pertamina Meditran SX Ultra GLE SAE 10W-40 CJ-4 is also suitable for use in diesel engines manufactured before 2010 where fleet lubricant rationalisation may apply for operators looking for additional cost-efficiencies.
Pertamina Meditran SX Ultra GLE SAE 10W-40 API-CJ-4 has a minimum TBN rating of 10 designed to provide extra corrosion protection, improved soot control, excellent oxidative thickening prevention and extended lubricant life compared with other similar products due to its TBN reserve.

Application
Pertamina Meditran SX Ultra GLE SAE 10W-40 API CJ-4 is formulated for use in all heavy-duty diesel engine applications such as Buses, Trucks, Mining and Power Generation equipment using diesel fuels ranging in sulphur content up to 500 ppm (0.05% by Weight) and fitted with after-treatment emissions control technologies such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
